Mobile X Festival Announces Finalists for Shark Tank-Like Competition

(Note: Our lawyers tell us we’re not allowed to call our Mobile Accelerator competition a Shark Tank competition. Apparently, we’ll get our rear ends sued if we do that. As such, we’re calling it our “Mobile Accelerator competition, which is just like Shark Tank, only more fun” — and less subject to law suits.)

Big news at Mobile X Festival headquarters — in addition to having speakers, panelists and attendees from companies such as Google, Microsoft, E&J Gallo, CNN, Coca-Cola, Kimberly-Clark and the Atlanta Hawks, we also have winners for our Mobile Accelerator competition.

After analyzing the entries from dozens of nominees, we’ve narrowed the competition down to five finalists.

The winner of the competition will get all sorts of goodies — lunch with Doug Busk, the Global Group Director of Digital Communications at Coca-Cola; an appearance on the Dana Barrett Show; recognition on Hypepotamus and the 60 Second Marketer; plus a few other goodies.
